HAQ Botanicals connects audited Indian manufacturers directly with high-volume contract manufacturers and cosmetic brands in Germany. We are currently allocating exclusive contracts for the 2026 fiscal year.

We are looking for one primary partner per product category (Actives, Lipids, Essentials).

Non-Negotiable Standards

To ensure EU marketability and safety, all potential partners must meet these mandatory requirements

Organic & Bio-Compliance (Regulation EU 2018/848) Certification must be issued by an EU-recognized body listed in Annex II of Regulation EU 2021/2325. For India, this must explicitly cover Category D (Processed Products).

TRACES NT & COI Commitment Partners must be registered in TRACES NT. You must commit to issuing and digitally signing the Certificate of Inspection (COI) in Box 18 before the shipment leaves India.

Cosmetic GMP (ISO 22716) Manufacturing according to ISO 22716 (Cosmetic GMP) is mandatory to ensure product safety for our industrial clients.

Bakuchiol High-Purity Isolate Minimum purity of >99% (HPLC) is required. Maximum level of Furocoumarins (Psoralens) must be < 50 ppm to comply with EU safety limits.

REACH & Extraction Standards For Moringa and Lemongrass oil, confirmation of "Physical Extraction only" (Cold Pressed / Steam Distilled) is required to ensure REACH exemption under Annex V.

Ethical & Social Compliance Active SA8000 or SEDEX membership is preferred to comply with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).

Mandatory Technical Documentation

"The PIF-Ready Package" – We require a complete regulatory dossier for every batch. Your application is only valid if you can provide:

Batch-specific CoA

Detailed chemical fingerprint including density, refractive index, and purity levels.

Advanced Allergen Statement

A precise breakdown of all EU-regulated allergens according to Regulation (EU) 2023/1545 (80+ substances).

MSDS / Technical Data Sheet

Provision of your available Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). This serves as the technical basis for our internal conversion into EU-REACH compliant formats.

Animal Testing Ban Declaration

Formal confirmation that no animal testing has been performed (Art. 18, Regulation EU 1223/2009).
